1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• During high demand drops, processing may take longer. You’ll be notified via email if delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• We ship domestically across Australia and internationally to select regions.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

3. Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• MXLNE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at mxlnebrand@outlook.com within 7 days.

• We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee replacements for limited drops.

5. Customs & Duties

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

• MXLNE is not liable for delays due to customs processing.
